Each class runs for 1 hour covering two different sports each week, with a focus on all of the fundamental movement skills mentioned above. The focus of our Programs is to introduce and encourage your child with the following:
All ages are catered for during each session and each class is graded based on age. Generally our classes are broken into the following age groups: 2.5- 3.5 years; 3.5 - 4 years; 4 - 5 years; 5- 7 years. Our program's are age-specific ensuring that as your child becomes older and more advanced the programs change to cater for this development.
